8 years old, neutered male, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed

George is an adorable, chonky, Arabian Mau, who was abandoned as a kitten in the local park along with his brother. Unfortunately, his brother disappeared soon after, but George, now around 8 years old, made the park his home. He is a resilient cat who has tolerated the harsh summers of Dubai which exceed 45 degrees Celsius and protected his territory from other cats moving in. The younger newer cats have moved in on his territory and he doesn’t want to fight anymore, it is now his turn to find his happily ever after. He’s been well cared for, but the newer cats moving in has resulted in infecting him with FIV.

George is a free spirit and needs outdoor space where he can explore and enjoy the outdoors. He loves belly rubs and cuddles and will happily sit in your lap while you pamper him. He is 8 kgs of pure love.  George doesn’t like to be alone, he will lap up all the attention anyone will give him. During his time in the community, he was loved by the kids as well. When alone, his meows sound like “Mom, mom, mom!” like a complete drama queen!

George is an asymptomatic FIV positive cat presentation with no health issues, please learn more about FIV on our blog.

He gets along with other cats and older children. He is also welcoming of the company with dogs.

Currently, George is living in a cage in a cattery, bored out of his mind, counting flies and mosquitoes, wondering if there is a lucky family out there who will give him the life he truly deserves. He is desperately waiting for a loving home where he can spend his senior years in blissful peace and in return, he promises to give you lots of cuddles, kisses and loyal companionship.

George is 7 years old, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, negative for FeLV, positive with FIV with a clean bill of health which medical reports can be presented on request.
