LOUIS & ROCKY

Some cats simply enjoy each other’s company. Louis and Rocky genuinely adore one another. Whether they are curled up together under a chair, sharing a cat tree, or following their humans around the house demanding cuddles and snacks, these boys move through life as a team. They are brothers looking for a home together after forming an incredibly close bond in foster care.   

Rocky is the confident little adventurer of the duo. He is affectionate, playful and endlessly curious, with the kind of personality that fills a home with laughter. He loves being carried like a baby, watching the world from an open window and launching himself enthusiastically at wand toys and tunnels. He is energetic, intelligent and thrives on interaction and enrichment.  

Louis is the softer, slightly more sensitive brother. He is loving, gentle and happiest snuggled up beside Rocky or tucked into your arms for a cuddle. While Rocky tends to dive headfirst into playtime, Louis watches carefully before joining in. His confidence has grown beautifully indoors and every day he becomes a little more playful and outgoing.  

Together, they are affectionate, social and deeply people-oriented. Both boys enjoy being held, picked up and spending time close to their humans. They are indoor-only cats who have adapted well to home life, but they will need a family committed to providing plenty of enrichment, stimulation and attention.    

Their daily routine currently includes breakfast at sunrise, afternoon meals, evening wet food and, naturally, the occasional boiled chicken or licky treat negotiation session. Louis is particularly vocal around meal times and firmly believes all food belongs to him. Rocky, meanwhile, has a slightly unusual hobby involving nibbling ears during the night and occasionally attempting to investigate jewellery a little too closely. Future adopters may want to keep earrings safely out of reach.        

Rocky can occasionally seek out quiet time away from the chaos if things become a little too lively, while Louis can initially be cautious around younger children after previous experiences where children were not always gentle with him. For this reason, they would suit a calm, loving home with older or respectful children who understand boundaries and gentle interaction.    

They are litter trained, well-socialised with other cats and have settled beautifully into a quiet foster home.    

Medical Issues: No known medical issues. Fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and FIV/FELV negative.    

Ideal Home: A loving indoor home committed to keeping them together, with plenty of enrichment, affection and time for play and bonding.

Kids: Older or gentle children preferred.    

Indoor-only home. A secure catio or supervised harness time would be a wonderful bonus for Rocky, who enjoys feeling the breeze and exploring safely.  

Other Cats: Yes, they are social and closely bonded with each other.    

Dogs: Unknown.    

Food: Currently eating Purina Pro Plan kitten dry food, wet kitten food, boiled chicken and treats.    

Rescue Story: Louis and Rocky have been cared for since kittenhood and have recently adapted to indoor life over the past few weeks in foster care. Despite the changes around them, they have remained affectionate, trusting and incredibly bonded. Now they are ready for the next chapter together, with a family who will love them not just as pets, but as the hilarious, affectionate little brothers they are.
