Orange’s story could easily have ended the day he was hit by an electric scooter and left alone at a deserted construction site in Ajman. Instead, kind-hearted people refused to walk away.

He underwent two major surgeries, including a specialist orthopaedic procedure in Dubai involving two titanium plates, and is now nearing the end of his recovery while awaiting his final X-ray clearance.

Orange is missing one eye, but you’d never know it. He lives life with complete confidence, walks carefully on his healing leg and continues to charm everyone he meets with his playful personality and enormous spirit.

Against all the odds, Orange has already found the forever home he deserves. The final hurdle is getting him there.
