What began as a small rescue initiative has evolved into a collaborative support ecosystem connecting rescuers, fosters, adopters and advocates through trusted relationships and carefully managed rehabilitation and rehoming pathways. We believe every cat deserves more than simply being “placed”. They deserve preparation, understanding, safety and the opportunity to transition into a home that is genuinely right for them. About Us HOW IBKT WORKS Every rescue journey is different, but our approach remains the same: thoughtful rehabilitation, responsible preparation and long-term welfare at every stage 1 RESCUE & WELFARE ASSESSMENT Working collaboratively with rescuers and welfare advocates to assess each cat’s immediate needs, health and long-term welfare requirements. 2 VETERINARY CARE & REHABILITATION Providing appropriate veterinary support, behavioural understanding and rehabilitation before adoption is considered. 3 FOSTER PREPARATION Cats are supported through foster care environments that help them decompress, recover and transition safely toward adoption readiness. 4 CAREFUL MATCHING & ADOPTION We prioritise thoughtful matching based on lifestyle, personality and long-term suitability rather than quick placements. 5 ONGOING SUPPORT Our relationship with adopters does not end at arrival. We continue providing guidance and support throughout the transition journey. Help vulnerable cats receive urgent veterinary care, foster support and safe adoption pathways. < Back Stitch Raising Funds for: Travel Story Updates FUND RAISER CLOSED - Stitch was rescued from a community cat colony where he had spent years surviving on the streets. Unlike many colony cats, he wasn’t interested in causing a fuss or competing for attention. He quietly got on with life, navigating the challenges of street living with resilience and remarkable intelligence. When rescuers finally brought him to safety, Stitch adapted to indoor life far more quickly than anyone expected. It soon became clear that beneath his serious expression was a thoughtful, affectionate cat who had simply never been given the chance to experience the comforts of a loving home. Since entering foster care, Stitch has flourished. Each day reveals a little more of his personality, his confidence and his gentle nature. After years of uncertainty, he now enjoys the simple things many cats take for granted: a warm bed, regular meals and people who care for him. • Harry | Support Their Rescue Journey

Support rescue, rehabilitation and responsible rehoming through Itty Bitty Kitty Tails. Help vulnerable cats receive urgent veterinary care, foster support and safe adoption pathways. < Back Harry Raising Funds for: Travel Story Updates When Harry first appeared in a colony in Dubai, it was immediately clear that he was different. Already neutered and unusually trusting of people, he seemed completely out of place among the street cats. He wasn’t interested in territory disputes or competing for resources. Instead, he quietly sought companionship, affection and the simple comfort of being near people. It is believed Harry once had a home of his own. Somehow, he found himself abandoned and left to navigate life alone. Sadly, his gentle nature made him vulnerable. While other cats fought for their place within the colony, Harry became the target of bullying and struggled to fit into a world that demanded toughness. Everything changed when he was brought into foster care, where he finally found the safety and kindness he had been missing. Today, Harry has found his forever home in the UK. Now he is waiting for the final step in his journey: raising the funds needed for his travel and relocation. With your support, Harry can leave his life on the streets behind and begin the next chapter he has always deserved. His family had travelled away from Dubai and, due to the rapidly changing situation and widespread disruption to travel, were unable to return for him. Suddenly separated from the people he knew, Kiwi found himself living in uncertain circumstances with very little freedom and no long-term plan for his future. A compassionate animal lover stepped in to ensure he was safe and eventually helped him move into foster care. Despite everything he had been through, Kiwi never lost his trust in people. He quickly formed bonds with his foster carers and adapted beautifully to each new environment, showing just how resilient, affectionate and gentle he truly is. Now safe and loved, Kiwi is ready for the final chapter of his journey. Support rescue, rehabilitation and responsible rehoming through Itty Bitty Kitty Tails. Help vulnerable cats receive urgent veterinary care, foster support and safe adoption pathways. < Back Thea Raising Funds for: Food & Litter Story Updates Thea was rescued in heartbreaking condition after being found struggling with a severe tail injury that sadly could not be saved. Following veterinary assessment, part of her tail had to be amputated to prevent further pain and infection. Despite everything she has been through, Thea is slowly beginning to decompress and learn what safety feels like. She is still shy and nervous, but with patience, stability and gentle care, she has every chance of becoming a wonderful companion in the future. As a long-haired fluffy cat, returning her to the streets is not an option. She now relies entirely on foster care and ongoing support while she continues her recovery journey. Jun 3, 2026 1/1 Sadly, Thea has been at the vets for a week because she developed an infection which was causing pain for her to pass urine and stool.
