Support rescue, rehabilitation and responsible rehoming through Itty Bitty Kitty Tails. Help vulnerable cats receive urgent veterinary care, foster support and safe adoption pathways. < Back Stitch Raising Funds for: Travel Story Updates FUND RAISER CLOSED - Stitch was rescued from a community cat colony where he had spent years surviving on the streets. Unlike many colony cats, he wasn’t interested in causing a fuss or competing for attention. He quietly got on with life, navigating the challenges of street living with resilience and remarkable intelligence. When rescuers finally brought him to safety, Stitch adapted to indoor life far more quickly than anyone expected. It soon became clear that beneath his serious expression was a thoughtful, affectionate cat who had simply never been given the chance to experience the comforts of a loving home. Since entering foster care, Stitch has flourished. Each day reveals a little more of his personality, his confidence and his gentle nature. After years of uncertainty, he now enjoys the simple things many cats take for granted: a warm bed, regular meals and people who care for him. Now Stitch is ready for the final chapter of his journey: a forever home of his very own. Jun 9, 2026 1/0 🎉 Stitch’s fundraising target has been met - and exceeded! • DENIZ| Rescue Cat for Adoption | Itty Bitty Kitty Tails

Wobbly But Wonderful < Back DENIZ Wobbly But Wonderful 3 Years Old, Neutered, Male Next > Available Available Across UK Meet Deniz - Some cats let life slow them down. Deniz simply wasn't interested. This handsome ginger-and-white boy arrived into foster care after suffering a serious injury to one of his back legs while living on the streets. By the time help reached him, the damage was extensive and his leg had to be amputated. Deniz, however, seemed to view this as a minor inconvenience. Today, he races around on three legs with confidence, curiosity and enough personality to fill an entire room. A Bit About Deniz Deniz is one of those cats who makes himself known from the moment he arrives. Friendly, affectionate and wonderfully confident, he is just as happy greeting visitors as he is spending time with the people he knows best. He enjoys being held, doesn't mind being picked up and will happily settle on a lap when the mood strikes. He is an intelligent little character who always seems to be paying attention to what's happening around him, giving him a wonderfully engaging presence. His foster describes him as smart, affectionate and full of energy. Since recovering from surgery, he has embraced life with enthusiasm and loves making the most of every day. His Favourite Things Deniz enjoys interactive play and can get quite enthusiastic during play sessions. He has a quirky, distinctive meow and isn't shy about sharing his opinions, making him an entertaining companion who will keep you smiling. Despite having only three legs, he moves around comfortably and has adapted remarkably well to daily life. Whether he's exploring, playing or seeking affection, Deniz approaches everything with confidence. Food-wise, he is refreshingly easy-going and isn't particularly fussy, happily enjoying both wet and dry food. Things to Consider Deniz is currently living with another cat in foster care. While he can coexist with feline companions, he can sometimes be a little assertive as he settles into a new environment and works out the household dynamics. His foster believes this is largely due to being new to the home and establishing his place within it. Because of this, Deniz could thrive either as an only cat receiving plenty of attention and enrichment, or alongside a confident, laid-back resident cat who won't be bothered by his larger-than-life personality. Medical Information Deniz underwent a hind leg amputation following a street accident prior to entering foster care. He has recovered exceptionally well, requires no medication, follows no special diet and is living a completely normal, active life on three legs. He is estimated to be 2,5 years old. The Ideal Home Deniz is looking for a loving family who will appreciate his affectionate nature, playful spirit and resilient attitude towards life. Kids: Cat-savvy children who understand respectful interaction 14+. Indoor/Outdoor: Indoor-only home. Other Cats: Possible with a calm, friendly resident cat following careful introductions, or as an only cat. Dogs: Unknown. Food: Enjoys both wet and dry food and is not fussy. Rescue Story Before arriving in foster care, Deniz was found in a community park with a severely injured back leg that had gone untreated for some time. Following veterinary assessment, amputation was the only option. What happened next is pure Deniz. Rather than dwelling on what he had lost, he focused on everything he still had to gain. Within a remarkably short time, he was exploring, playing, seeking affection and charming everyone he met. Now all that's missing is a family of his own. If you're looking for a cat with resilience, affection, confidence and enough personality to keep life interesting, Deniz may just be the perfect addition to your home. • ISLA| Rescue Cat for Adoption | Itty Bitty Kitty Tails

The Little Shadow Who Never Wants to Miss a Thing < Back ISLA The Little Shadow Who Never Wants to Miss a Thing 2 Years Old, Female, Spayed Next > Available Available Across UK Some cats enjoy their independence. Isla prefers participation. Whether you're making a cup of tea, folding laundry, working from home or packing a suitcase, Isla likes to be involved in absolutely everything. She has a wonderfully curious nature and a habit of quietly appearing wherever you are, sitting nearby with an expression that seems to ask, "What are we doing next?" Gentle, affectionate and beautifully mannered, Isla is the kind of companion who becomes woven into the fabric of everyday life. She doesn't demand attention, but she loves being near her people and takes great comfort in simply sharing a room with them. A Day in the Life of Isla Life with Isla is never dull. Her mornings often begin with a gentle check-in to see what everyone is doing before she heads off to inspect the house. She is endlessly curious and loves exploring, investigating new objects and supervising household activities. As an indoor cat, she has perfected the art of entertaining herself. Her toy box rarely stays organised for long, and her foster family often returns home to find toys scattered around the house after one of her independent play sessions. One of her favourite places to relax is a fluffy white blanket she received from Santa Claus at Christmas. When she is not snoozing there, she can often be found creating her own version of a "cushion jungle gym" across the sofa. Despite her calm nature, Isla also has an athletic side. Introduce a laser pointer and she transforms into a tiny acrobat, racing across the room and launching herself impressively high in pursuit of the elusive red dot. The Things That Make Isla Smile Like many cats, Isla has a few wonderfully quirky habits. She sometimes sleeps with her eyes ever so slightly open, as though she's keeping one eye on the world around her. She has also developed an unexpected fondness for floral tape, having apparently decided that it was far more exciting as a cat toy than as a flower arranging tool. Most of all, Isla loves people. She enjoys companionship, follows her favourite humans from room to room and has a soft, gentle purr that quickly wins hearts. Everyone who has cared for her says the same thing: "She is an angel." Understanding Isla Although Isla is incredibly loving, her early experiences have left a few lasting impressions. Life on the streets was not always kind to her and she can sometimes become nervous if hands suddenly move above her head or close to her face. In those moments, she may instinctively try to protect herself. Once she learns that she is safe, however, her gentle and trusting nature shines through. She is also uncomfortable around male cats. It is believed that previous negative experiences have left her fearful of them, so she would be happiest as an only cat or living alongside a calm female companion following careful introductions. Health Isla is: - Fully vaccinated - Spayed - Microchipped - Up to date with preventative veterinary care She is currently healthy and has no known medical conditions requiring ongoing treatment. The Home Isla Is Looking For Isla would thrive in a home where she can continue to enjoy close companionship with her people. She would be particularly well suited to: - First-time cat owners - Individuals, couples or families with older children - A home where she can receive plenty of interaction and affection - A calm household with a resident female cat, subject to successful introductions Because of her difficult experiences before rescue, a patient family willing to respect her boundaries and build trust at her pace would help her flourish. Children Suitable for older, cat-savvy children who understand how to interact gently and respectfully with animals. Indoor or Outdoor? Isla has lived safely indoors since her rescue and has adapted beautifully to indoor life. She is naturally curious and adventurous, so any outdoor access would need to be carefully considered and appropriately secured. Other Cats Can live with calm female cats following proper introductions. Not suitable for homes with male cats. Dogs No known experience living with dogs. Any introductions would need to be assessed carefully on an individual basis. Food Isla enjoys her meals and has no known dietary requirements. Rescue Story When Isla was just five or six months old, she was found struggling alone on the streets. Weak, dehydrated and unwell, she desperately needed help. Thankfully, compassionate rescuers stepped in and ensured she received urgent veterinary treatment, including being spayed. Her future was uncertain and she was due to be returned to the streets once she recovered. Then something wonderful happened. A foster volunteer opened their home and offered Isla a chance she may never otherwise have had. That temporary arrangement became a year of safety, comfort and love. Today, the frightened kitten who once fought simply to survive has blossomed into a gentle, playful and affectionate young cat. Now all she needs is the one thing rescue cannot provide forever: A family of her very own. Further Information Vaccinations UTD FIV/FeLV Negative Microchip Dogs Yes No Other conditions? • POPCORN| Rescue Cat for Adoption | Itty Bitty Kitty Tails

The Cuddle Expert With A Heart Made Of Marshmallow < Back POPCORN The Cuddle Expert With A Heart Made Of Marshmallow 2 Years 10 Months, Neutered, Male Next > Available Available Across UK Popcorn is the sort of cat who does not just join a family, he gently appoints himself Head of Love, Chief Kitten Nanny and Professional Face Snuggler. Rescued from the streets at just three weeks old, Popcorn had a very difficult start. He needed hand feeding through those fragile early months before facing severe flu and ringworm. He may have started life as a tiny, scruffy little underdog, but he has grown into the softest, sweetest boy with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. A bit about Popcorn Popcorn is chatty, curious, playful and incredibly affectionate. He loves being picked up, carried, kissed and cuddled. He is very much a people cat and will happily curl up beside you, climb onto your chest, rub his head against your face and purr away as though he has been waiting all day for that exact moment. He is often a lap cat and enjoys being close to his humans. Sometimes he may even try to clean you, because Popcorn appears to have decided humans are just slightly under-groomed cats. A bit of fun Popcorn is known as the foster brother, dad and mum of the home. He has helped mother tiny rescue kittens, taught shy cats how to play and has been a gentle, patient presence for the cats around him. He is wonderfully social and has lived around many cats as well as dogs. He loves to play with bedsheets, wands and springs, and is gentle in the way he plays. He also has the very important habit of occasionally sleeping under the duvet and missing breakfast, because apparently beauty sleep comes first. What he does not love There is very little Popcorn does not like. He is an easy, loving boy, but if he is asking for attention and his meows are not being taken seriously, he may give a tiny nibble to make his point. Not in a nasty way, just in a “hello, I am still here and available for kisses” sort of way. Medical notes Popcorn has a small black dot in or on one of his eyes which can make it weep. This has been checked by the vet and an attempt was made to remove it, but it was considered too risky. He is not in pain or discomfort, but his adopter will need to gently wipe his eye every now and then. He is not currently on any medication or special diet. The sort of home Popcorn needs Popcorn would suit a loving home where he can be involved, cherished and adored as much as he adores his people. He would likely enjoy a home with activity, affection and companionship. He could be a wonderful match for a family who wants a truly affectionate cat who will be part of daily life, not watching it from the sidelines. Kids: Could be suitable for children, subject to the right introductions and respectful handling. Indoor/Outdoor: Currently indoor/outdoor, with access to a secured garden, his new home would need to have a secure environment in line with his adoption requirements. Other cats: Yes. Popcorn is very good with other cats and has been a gentle, nurturing companion to kittens and older cats. Dogs: He has been around dogs and is described as cautious, so any dog would need to be calm, cat-friendly and introduced slowly. Food: Dry food is available throughout the day. He currently eats Purina One Health Adult, Friskies Seafood Sensations and Monello Chicken/Salmon. He also has wet food twice daily, usually Applaws tuna tins. Rescue story Popcorn was rescued from the streets when he was only three weeks old. Too tiny to manage on his own, he was force fed through the first few months of his life before later battling severe flu and ringworm. He was then buddied up with another rescue kitten who was very shy, and true to the cat he would become, Popcorn helped bring comfort and confidence to someone else even while he was still growing himself. From a fragile baby with the odds stacked against him, Popcorn has blossomed into a deeply affectionate, funny and gentle boy. He is proof that the smallest beginnings can grow into the biggest hearts. Further Information Vaccinations UTD FIV/FeLV Negative Microchip Dogs Yes Yes Other conditions? • ZORRO| Rescue Cat for Adoption | Itty Bitty Kitty Tails

The Fetch-Playing Shadow Who Thinks He’s A Dog < Back ZORRO The Fetch-Playing Shadow Who Thinks He’s A Dog 1 Years old, Neutered, Male Next > Available Available Across UK Some cats quietly exist in the background. Zorro would never allow that. This charming little character wants to be involved in absolutely everything you do, whether that’s making breakfast, answering emails, watching television or simply walking from one room to another. If there’s activity happening, Zorro believes he should not only attend, but supervise. Equal parts affectionate clown and loyal sidekick, Zorro has the sort of personality that makes people laugh daily. He flops dramatically at your feet for attention, stretches himself across sofas like he pays the bills and proudly brings springs and toys back to you in games of fetch like an overachieving Labrador trapped in a cat’s body. He’s incredibly people-oriented and thrives on affection. Strokes, cuddles, kisses, reassurance, company… Zorro genuinely just wants to be near his humans. He’s confident, bold and curious, with a wonderfully chatty nature that makes him feel like a constant little companion around the home. Despite his confident side, there’s also something deeply sweet about him. He seeks comfort from his people and loves physical connection, happily being picked up and held. He’s playful without being rough and has a gentle nature that makes him a joy to have around. His foster describes him perfectly with three simple words:“He’s a dude.” Zorro currently lives in a quiet foster home with multiple other cats and has shown himself to be social and friendly around both people and felines. He has not been formally tested with dogs, although his easy-going and confident personality suggests he may adapt well with sensible introductions. Like any entertaining little chaos goblin, he does come with one tiny disclaimer: Zorro is slightly clumsy and wonderfully gung-ho. Gracefulness is not his strongest skill. Charging enthusiastically into life absolutely is. Medical Notes Zorro has what is known as chronic snuffles, meaning he occasionally sneezes, coughs or gets a slightly snotty nose. His foster has explored veterinary investigations and treatment options extensively, including antibiotics and nasal flushing. Despite this, the condition remains chronic but manageable. Importantly: It is not contagious to humans or other cats It does not stop him living a happy, playful and affectionate life His nose can simply be wiped when needed Honestly, Zorro himself seems entirely unbothered by it. The Home Zorro Dreams Of Zorro would thrive in a loving home where he can truly be part of the family rather than simply existing alongside it. He would suit adopters who enjoy an interactive, affectionate and playful cat with a huge personality. An active home with older sensible children could suit him well, particularly one where there’s plenty of playtime, attention and companionship. Suitable For: Older sensible children Indoor home with safe outdoor access or catio potential Other friendly cats Potentially dogs with careful introductions Food Zorro enjoys both wet and dry food. He currently has: Wet food twice daily, including Tuna Applaws Purina One Healthy Cat dry food Seafood Sensations dry food Most treats enthusiastically accepted without complaint Rescue Story Zorro may not have had the easiest start, but you would never know it from the way he approaches life now. Somewhere along the way, this funny, affectionate little cat decided the world was exciting, humans were wonderful and every spring toy deserved to be proudly returned for another round of fetch. • BISCUIT | Rescue Cat for Adoption | Itty Bitty Kitty Tails

Love Beyond Limits < Back BISCUIT Love Beyond Limits 4 Years Old, Spayed, Female Next > Available Available Across UK Biscuit is a paraparetic cat with a heart full of love. She is one of those souls who makes you feel special just by being near her. A cuddle bug through and through, she is happiest when curled beside you soaking up affection. With her foster mum she spends her days in quiet comfort, snoozing, snuggling and enjoying gentle company. Even during physiotherapy she offers the same calm trust to her vet as she does at home. Her favourite pastime is simple but perfect: being close to her people. Whether you are reading, working or resting, Biscuit will happily curl up next to you purring away. Her journey has been bittersweet. Rescued from the street in good health because of her friendly, trusting nature, she quickly found a home. Sadly, during her time there it is believed an injection given by a vet accidentally damaged a spinal nerve. Since then she has lived as a paraparetic cat. Her back legs have gentle mobility, so she moves with a wobbly shuffle and tires more quickly than other cats. She can potter around her space and enjoys gentle movement, will try to climb or jump if the incline is manageable. Physiotherapy helps her maintain strength and flexibility, and she meets it with patience and grace. In a loving home, Biscuit’s care is manageable once learned. Because she is incontinent she cannot reliably empty her bladder on her own and may leak urine. Under veterinary guidance, many paraplegic cats do best with their bladders expressed several times a day to keep them comfortable and to lower the risk of urinary tract infections. A common schedule is three to four expressions across the day, with your vet showing you the correct technique and frequency for Biscuit’s needs. She will require periodic urine checks to catch infections early. Gentle, regular cleaning, bedding changes and giving her nappy-free time each day help keep her skin healthy. These small routines quickly become second nature and Biscuit’s calm, trusting nature makes them easier to do than you might expect. Her physiotherapy focuses on comfort and mobility. Gentle passive range-of-motion exercises and light massage can help keep her joints supple and her muscles engaged. The ideal home will have access to certified rehab therapist who can show you a simple home plan and progress it over time. Her environment matters. Non-slip mats, soft washable bedding and low-entry litter solutions or puppy pads in a tidy corner make daily life smooth. Above all, patience and routine help Biscuit feel safe and settled. Biscuit would thrive with an experienced pet owner, or someone patient and compassionate who is ready to learn. She needs a calm, indoor-only home where her care can be given kindly and consistently. She may be able to live with a gentle, older resident cat after a slow introduction. Dogs are not recommended. She enjoys a normal diet, and her full medical history will be provided. What matters most is your time, a soft voice and a willingness to keep to a simple routine. For anyone wondering about quality of life, there is good news. With thoughtful care and collaboration between carers and vets, paraparetic cats can enjoy a good quality of life, and their affection is boundless. Biscuit is living proof. Rescued simply because she was too friendly to be left behind, Biscuit should have had the promise of a carefree life but fate had other plans. Through it all she has never lost her love for people. She greets every day with gentleness, trust and a spirit that refuses to dim. She will need extra care, but what she offers in return is rare and precious. If you have the heart and patience to open your home to her, Biscuit will reward you with a bond like no other. • PADDY| Rescue Cat for Adoption | Itty Bitty Kitty Tails

SMALL CAT, BIG ENERGY, EVEN BIGGER HEART < Back PADDY SMALL CAT, BIG ENERGY, EVEN BIGGER HEART 1 Year Old, Neutered, Male Next > Available Portsmouth - Available Across UK Paddy is not a background cat. He is a presence. He will make you laugh, test your patience just enough to keep you humble, and then curl up beside you as if to say, “worth it, wasn’t it?” For the right home, he will be everything. A Day in Paddy’s World His day is a balance of two very distinct modes. First, there is Paddy the athlete. Fast, curious, and endlessly entertaining, he loves to run, chase, and throw himself wholeheartedly into play. Wand toys are his absolute favourite, and he will happily sprint, leap and zig-zag his way through multiple play sessions a day. Then, there is Paddy the shadow. Once his energy is spent, he becomes incredibly affectionate. He will flop beside you, curl up on you, and sleep peacefully through the night, often tucked close by your legs. He is also wonderfully expressive. Paddy is a chatty little character who will happily “talk” to you throughout the day, especially when he wants interaction. The Fun (and the Honest Bit) Paddy is clever. Too clever, sometimes. If his energy is not properly channelled, he will find his own entertainment. This can include knocking things over, investigating bins, unravelling toilet rolls, or appearing exactly where you do not expect him. This is not bad behaviour. It is simply a young, intelligent cat who needs an outlet. With 3 or more proper play sessions a day, he is calm, affectionate and an absolute joy. Without them, he will remind you that he has energy to burn. He is also not shy about inserting himself into your day. Working from home? Expect a little assistant on your keyboard. Medical Notes No known medical concerns. The Right Home for Paddy Paddy will thrive in a home that understands that young cats are not passive pets, they are active companions. Ideal home: • Experienced cat owner • Able to commit to daily interactive play • Comfortable with a vocal, social cat • Appreciates personality and engagement over quiet independence Children Not suited to very young children. Older, cat-savvy children may be considered. Indoor/Outdoor Indoor only. Other Cats He may do well with another confident, playful cat who can match his energy and is tolerant of rough-and-tumble play. He would not suit a very calm or timid cat. Dogs No been with dogs. A home with a dog will be considered, providing it’s a cat-friendly dog and proper introductions can be adminsitered. Food Mixed diet of wet and dry food. Enjoys tuna-based wet food and grazes on kibble throughout the day. Rescue Story Paddy has spent the last few months in foster care where he has shown just how affectionate, social and entertaining he can be. He has formed strong bonds with his humans and adapted well to indoor living. Now, he is ready for a home that can match his energy, understand his needs, and enjoy everything that makes him such a character.
